Our company is relationship and service based, not product based. The service we provide is “old style” investment banking and is equal to, and frequently better than, what large Wall Street firms provide. We take on only 5 to 6 clients or transactions at one time. We strive for 100% success in meeting our client’s objectives and take on assignments only when we believe this can be achieved.

We devote a significant amount of time to understanding our client’s needs and objectives. As a company providing investment banking to entrepreneurs, we see our client from both a corporate and personal perspective. We frequently act in a consultative fashion.
